Pros:
Wayne's World, party time, excellent? Well, maybe not "excellent" but the sound files definitely deserve a thumbs up. This theme made me realize that I was rating themes all wrong. It really should be based on the SSSSShhhhhya~wing scale of 1 to 10.

Cons:
@$$ Victor says, what ... there's no readme.txt file? Installation is easy enough but a readme.txt file is standard and the first thing to look for. The wallpaper file is over stretched and very pitted. A few more sounds and some originality in the cursor area would be nice too.

Overall:
The wallpaper file needs a suck cut because it really does... well, you know. Get a better wallpaper file and it will definitely be worthy.
