Pros:
If you would like to "see" Vanessa Williams, you just might consider downloading this theme. The small file size makes it worth the download. I emphasize "see" because this is strictly a graphical based theme only.

Cons:
The wallpaper file is sized perfectly but the image quality is that of a low quality scan. There is only one sound file and there are no specially animated cursors to separate this theme from the average theme. In fact, all the cursors were taken directly from the Microsoft Plus! CD.

Overall:
A standard theme should have sound but I'll go ahead and give this a couple of stars just because it's put together correctly and the low file size makes it worth the download.
