Pros:
This theme pack has just about everything over the rainbow! Parts include an artistic 800x600 JPG wallpaper image, 5 cutout butterfly desktop icons, 2 folder icons, nearly all new cursors, 16 sound files from the Wizard of Oz movie, web view images, and system logo screens. It comes in a Desktop Architect installer for easy installation and use. An Over the Rainbow screen saver is also included in an optional setup file.

Cons:
Wallpaper is referenced in the main theme file code from the "%WinDir%" location instead of the "%ThemeDir%Over the Rainbow" theme directory. It works because that's where the Desktop Architect installer places the wallpaper image but it should be in the theme directory with all the other parts to keep everything organized. The 'OverTheRainbowSS.scr' also appears to be included once within the theme setup program and once within the optional setup. The one in the theme setup should be trashed because it's missing a vital INI file.

Overall:
Kill those bugs and make the butterflies happy. Click those heals together to give us a larger wallpaper image along with a consistent sound compression format and make us all happy. Be brave and have a heart because you can do it if you only had a… doh! Just kidding. This theme is fun but it does need a few updates.
