Pros:
Oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy! Mr. Bean is finally here in decent quality. For starters, he's fully dressed. =) There are 2 good clear bitmap wallpaper files at 800x600 pixels and still under 500k each. The sound files are some of Bean's rarely spoken lines.

Cons:
Some of the sound files are cut poorly and there are no significant cursors. :(

Overall:
It's really tough to base a theme on (more or less) silent comedy so all I have to say about this one is... "Bean".
