Pros:
Great wallpaper. Beautiful original icons.

Cons:
These sound files could have been sampled and saved a little better. The Start Windows sound file is referenced in the code but isn't included. The animated and static cursors are re-worked standard Windows fare.

Overall:
If you like Dave Matthews, you will probably like this theme.
